Meet Rachel
I’m Rachel D. Fox, DSL — founder of Catapult Consulting Solutions and a consultant who believes that strategy should be both rigorous and human.
I hold a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree and currently serve as doctoral faculty at Oral Roberts University, where I teach emerging leaders to think systemically about organizational challenges. Before launching Catapult, I spent two decades leading technology implementations, change management initiatives, and operational improvements across Fortune 500 insurance companies, healthcare technology firms, higher education institutions, and financial services organizations.
That background shaped how I work today. I’ve sat in the rooms where enterprise decisions get made. I understand the politics, the budget constraints, the competing priorities. And I know what it takes to move initiatives from concept to completion.
When I founded Catapult in 2017, I made a deliberate choice: to offer the caliber of consulting I’d seen in large organizations, but with direct access to senior expertise and without the overhead that drives up costs and creates distance between strategist and client.
How I Work
When you engage Catapult, you work directly with me. I lead every project personally — from initial assessment through implementation and follow-up. You won’t be handed off to a junior team member or lost in a queue.
For projects requiring expanded capabilities — specialized development, design, or training delivery — I collaborate with a vetted network of professionals I trust. They meet my standards for quality, communication, and reliability. But accountability stays with me.

I’m a mother of eleven, married nearly twelve years, and deeply rooted in faith. I wrote “Back to Me: Evolved and Unshaken” because I believe we all carry more capacity than we realize — and sometimes we need someone to help us remember what was always there.
That belief shapes my consulting practice. I’m not interested in creating dependency. I want to help you build capability that lasts long after our engagement ends.
